Great Shev Puri, dahi Shev Puri, Bhel Puri. One issue is their consistency with taste. Sometimes they end up making too spicy/too sweet and other times they are bang on with respect to what is asked.
I have been a frequent customer of the place being a resident of Panjim. The chaat n food is great. Although recently I’ve been disappointed a few times as whenever I have gone around 6pm n asked for samosas.. the standard reply is it is finished. Now if this is the business policy to get only the certain quantity that gets consumed by evening .. I don’t think it is the right approach as like me there would be other customers too who wouldn’t be able to get the same post 6.. this has been a repeated event so the review..Also on one instance the guy refused to sell me more than 6samosas as parcel stating the reason that.. ‘baaki customers Ko kaise Dunga samosa’ .. I don’t think that’s how you treat a customer. So you guys need to start making more pieces n train your staff better.
I couldn’t get less stars than this but I would say definitely the worst restaurant I have come across so far. They accepted the order and a valet was assigned to me. When he reached the restaurant he told me the food is being prepared but after 30 minutes they canceled the order and they shut the restaurant. After talking to ZOMATO customer service I got to know that restaurant was already shut. Idk whether ZOMATO made that up or it was restaurant problem but it caused me trouble. Just a suggestion ‘SWIGGY IT’ Guys
Nice place to hang out with friends, they have a wide variety of option for a quick bite. Some quite pleasing drinks the place has to offer at very reasonable rates.
In the mood for some chaat? Head to Chat Street in Panjim and satisfy your chaat cravings. A small place that not only serves mouth watering chaat, but also some milkshakes and fresh fruit juices. As a bonus, their service is pretty quick!We tried the Sev Puri, Dahi Papdi Chat, Kachori Chat, Hyderabadi Moti and Oreo Milkshake.Unfortunately the sev puri by itself is pretty substandard. There’s nothing special to it and having a sev puri at the beach is definitely better. However, the Dahi Sev Puri is a whole new story. They add a combination of other sauces that really lift it. Without it however, it’s nothing special.Broken pieces of papdi topped with onion and potato, doused with chaat toppings and smothered in delicious dahi, the Dahi Papdi Chat is a must try.A delicious kachori is broken a little and topped with the regular chaat toppings. You can ask them to add in some Chole Masala and some their mouthwatering cold and sweet dahi, which only adds to the taste.Hyderabadi Moti is an alternative to the traditional Bhel Puri. Boiled peas and sweet corn kernels mixed with onion and the regular chaat spices makes it a perfect combo. Definitely worth a try!The milkshake was just like the regular oreo milkshakes. It was definitely good but we would have preferred some more oreo flavour.
This is one of the best chat place I’ve visited. Chat here is mouth watering. Especially dahi Puri is what I would recommend.also you can enjoy fresh juices and shakes.
My all time favorite place for a quick yet filling bite. The dahi sev puri is my all time favorite. Limited menu that makes them specialists at what they serve. Hygienic! I prefer the outlet in Panjim to the one in Porvorim cuz the staff in Panjim have been there for a long time now who kinda know what you ask for.
