Sent bakwas veg cutlet which is not actually what I ate in morning time.
I ordered Tawa Pulao. It was too oily. Also the packing for Zomato is not proper. Due to too much oil the packet also became oily. Also few items are too costly as compared with Swiggy. Same Tawa Pulao is for Rs 120 on Swiggy while on Zomato it is Rs 175. Also the packing in Swiggy is in Hard Plastic Container while in Zomato it is in normal Paper Container.
Although I had added vanilla ice-cream as top up on my fruit plate during the order. I was not served with it. I have just received only fruit plate that too with only banana n watermelon. Pineapple added was absolutely raw n cannot be eaten. Request you to resend the order or pay my money back. Zomato Zomato Kindly don’t include such cheap restaurants.
i ordered royal falooda and looking at the rates my expectations were accordingly, however the falooda was much below my expectations, the falooda was watery, the sev was undercooked, too much syrup and ice cream was almost like not there. The three stars that i have given is for the butterscotch ice cream actually
