  Route 66 About the Place:-Located in Panjim, route 66 is super popular with its classic interiors and retro vibes. They serve mainly and are famous for their Italian, burgers, bbq and so on. They also have classic 80s music which makes the place even more lively. The quality of the food is really good and the service is quick also, the staff is cordial and attentive. It’s a perfect place to hang out with buddies and even family. This is a meat lovers paradise. The chef personally pays attention to every dish and the owner/chef suggested some really good dishes.What we tried:-1) Fresh Orange juice and Apple-Carrot-Ginger Juice (Highly Recommended)As soon as we came here we were thirsty and what better than fresh fruit juice. Both of them were refreshing. We recommend this.2) Chicken Quesadillas Delicious tortilla stuffed with chicken cheese and sautéed mushrooms served along with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. It is a nice appetizer. Mild in taste super cheesy in a good way.3) Drums of Hell (Rs. 289)(Highly recommended)Spice lovers have to try this out delicious chicken wings topped with spicy buffalo sauce. It’s messy to eat but totally worth it. We recommend this especially if you like spicy food.4) BBQ Chicken Pizza (Rs. 399)A classic bbq chicken pizza with juicy and thick chunks of chicken served on a thin crust cooked to perfection. The smoky bbq sauce is delicious and the quantity of the pizza is perfect for when you are with a bunch of people. 5) Roxette Burger (Rs.349)(Highly Recommended)Honestly, I have had a lot of chicken burgers but this has been by far the best burger and served with perfectly crispy fries. The burger is kinda heavy but juicy and very tasty. The chicken patty is thick and the burgers here are a must-have. They have a lot of variety of burgers.6) Newyork Cheesecake (Rs. 269)(Highly Recommended)Freshly baked cheesecake served with a berry compote this is the perfect way to end an amazing meal. The serving portion is generous and they have a lot of other desserts displayed there so you could try any of them this was recommended to us and we loved it.Why should you visit this place:- 1. Lots of Non-veg variety on the menu. 2. Quick service and friendly staff. 3. The Quality and hygiene of the food is maintained. 4. Classic and Comfy Interiors 5.   Route 66 – Looking for some delicious American food, than this one is surely for you. Huge burgers, pizzas, beers and a treat for meat lovers. This small joint has a classic western vibe with live music which makes the experience even better.We started with the recommended Route 66 Nachos loaded with cheddar cheese, jalapeno and served with sour cream and salsa. Few options for vegetarians when it comes to burgers, we tried the classic Top gun burger which was big and lip snacking. good flavors of tahini sauce, glaric mayo and pickles. Amazing hospitality provided by Lionel. Truely overwhelmed by the service and dedication.A must visit in Panaji.

  Craving American food? Route 66 on the road of Fontainhais facing a river tributary must be on your list! Right from the time you step into the restaurant, it emits a lovely country feel and the food adds to it! The barbecue pork ribs, simply delicious just melts in your mouth, accompanied with soft potato mash and grilled salt and pepper veggies, leaving a subtle smoky barbecue taste. The only downside I felt that the ribs had is a bit too much of fat.M c B burger had a geneous amout of cheese. The beef patty was very flavourful and topped with grilled mushrooms with amazing thousand island sauce.The strawberry macaroon was one of a kind, it had a berry jam in the center the actually let the berry blast in your mouth as you dig in.

  This a very American concept restuarant. Like one of those typical America menu ones. Tried the following items hereShrimp Cocktail – 7/10 – Taste was decent. But insanely small quantity.Steak – 6/10 – Do not remember the name of this one. But the preparation did not seen great at all. The sides and sauce were good though.New York Cheesecake – 7/10 – They make it inhouse. It was too cheesy, take the airiness.Mocha Frappe – 9/10 – This was flawless.All in all, okay experience.They were kind enough to hold our bags for the entire day and the staff was really nice.Food – 6/10Ambience – 9/10Cost – 6/10Service – 10/10

  I recently visited this place when we were exploring the colorful streets of Fontainhas. This is a compact yet cozy place which has a retro theme setup. We tried Drums of hell (Hell hot), amazing deep fried chicken wings tossed in home made “HELL” sauce. The caption said “tastes like heaven and burns like hell” – I would definitely recommend to try this one, it was my favorite. They also offer wide range of pizzas and we tried the Chicken Pizza and it was yumm. We also fell in love with their Pinacolada. Definitely will visit again when we are in Panaji❤️
