The in-house restaurant of the Ginger Hotel Panaji. During my multiple stays at the Ginger, I have tasted their food. I would strongly recommend the grilled chicken sandwiches. The preparations of chicken such as – chicken manchurian, chilly chicken are also good.The biggest plus point of the restaurant is the service, both speed and courteous behaviour of the staff.All that being said, a humble request to the team is to bring more variations to the menu. That would undoubtedly help you guys to provide patrons (specially foodies) with a 5* dining experience.
