This restaurant is located in Panjims iconic latin corner – Fontainhas. Great cozy ambience, the entire setup is of Portuguese Goan influence. A good place to sit and chill pondering on Goa’s heritage. The restaurant is a part of the hotel Panjim Inn. Their menu has a variety of exclusive Goan dishes, more friendly to a non veg lover. We loved the food or probably because it was accompanied with a nice beer on a sunny afternoon.Having said all that, when in Fontainhas this place is a worth a try!!
A decent place for those looking for a quick snack. The best part about the place is the quiet location in the Fontainhas near the art galleries.Food is neither too good not too bad. But reasonably priced.
Truly a hidden gem of Goa !!Located in the quaint & beautiful Fontainhas, Asia’s only Latin Quarter. This place lures you with its vintage vibes.A perfect place to sip a coffee or hold on to your drinks .We had ordered a small pot of coffee ( 4 cups ) , it was just a perfect company in the rains & Cheese Toast which was pretty good.Watermelon Juice was not available. They also have a stay option available in this heritage property.Just be there, relax & breathe.A place worth a visit.
You sit on the verandah of a quaint heritage property of Panaji and have the most delectable authentic Goan food served by attentive and smart staff. If I had known Zomato doesn’t have their menu, I would certainly have taken pictures of it. We especially liked the fish and the dessert. The fare is not wide, so you may exhaust the choices soon – but a visit is a must. BTW, we were given complimentary papad with both our drinks and food.
Beautiful place. Love the concept of refurbishing old Goan villas into hotels. Veranda is as authentic in terms of look & feel a restaurant can get to that of a typical Goan home. The masala tea is the best I have had in Goa. Period (I am an avid teal lover)The staff are helpful. Love the ambience. Would definitely recommend the restaurant for snacks etc. and also the hotel for a stay.
Great ambiance. Authentic Goan & Continental cuisine. Great service. The staff are extremely helpful and ever-smiling. Must visit this restaurant when in Panaji.
Love coming here for coffee and goan desserts :)After lunch in the city we love stopping by here to get coffee and their delicious goan desserts. We always share the caramel custard, bebinca with ice cream and my favourite – SERRADURA!What a lovely place this heritage hotel is with its beautiful quaint colonial style. Will always be back 🙂
