Matsya is committed to crafting an ever changing, creative menu of fine cuisine inspired by dishes from around the world. Dinner is by reservation only. We are very proud to present Goa's newest restaurant in fine dining. Matsya is a freestyle kitchen committed to crafting an ever changing, creative and inspired menu. Our creations are based on the most fresh, highest quality, seasonal offerings availble. A significant amount of the produce used at Matsya comes from the Samata Organic Garden at the Mango Tree property (just 5 minutes walk away) supporting sustainability and health for our community. We have strong roots in Mediterranean, French as well as Asian influence. Based on the 5 elemental system of flavor (wood-sour, fire-bitter, earth-sweet, metal-spicy, water-salty), we aim to include all experiences within each meal. Matsya kitchen, nestled near the Arabian coast, relishes in the abundant, fresh, local bounty of sea and land. Matsya serves all the dinners for Samata's International Retreats and will also be open to the public for extravagant dinners.
