If you are tired of having the same goan dishes at most of the restaurants in ponda,do try Shakti palace in that case.they have variety of indo-chinese as well as continental cuisine option.Do try the smoky schezwan chicken,pahadi kabab,chicken crispy,potrice and batter fried calamari when you are here the next time.The service is good and the staff is also polite and have knowledge about the different dishes present on the menu.
The food was pretty average. Thanks to Zomato, it was delivered in time even when it was raining heavily. I really liked the paneer makhani. The naans were quite soft and tasty. But the Manchurian and fried rice were pretty average.
Had ordered chicken Biryani through Zomato and I must say , the Biryani was WOW the only complaint I have is it’s not sufficient for one person. In a place like ponda getting yummy food in restaurant isn’t an easy task ( disappointed many times on visit). Thanks to Zomato for the better options and delivery.
Since I stay in Ponda, I know that most of the restaurants in Ponda are just purely Goan or Chinese. You really have to hunt for something different. And there comes in Shakti Palace with a breath of air

Must try dishes at this restaurant are Drunken Chicken, Smoked chicken and Chocolate mousse. Service is good enough. Do visit if you’re in Ponda.
This place is the best for ORIENTAL cuisine. Besides that, they offer other cuisines as well. The best restaurant in town with all dishes reasonably priced. A one stop for real good food. Service is great with an elegant ambience. A must try for all!!!
