The ambience could do with a slight makeover. It lacks the oomph to compliment the food. We tried the Chicken Katsu Rolls and the Philadelphia Roll. Both were good and not outstanding. My heart is still stuck on the sushi’s that Oak Barrel offers. The chicken gyozas were good as well. We tried the Ramen which is to die for! The broth was full of flavour and subtle spice and was the highlight of our meal. We tried the Burnt Garlic Fried Rice and Chicken Black Bean Sauce. Both were good in their own way. But again nothing to rave about. For dessert we tried the Treasure Chest which was Sizzling ice cream and fried noodles topped with chocolate sauce and a cupcake. Ambience: 4/5Food: 4/5VFM: 5/5
