Running short of budget, cannot afford costly shack food anymore, you are a bengali? If the answer is yes then this is the place. Shabby place but good for one dinner.
Staying in Bangalore and missing Bengali food forced me to reach this place. The veg thali priced @80 is good, consisting of one dal, one veg item, papad, aloo fry and rice. Along with this we took prawn masala, the preparation was very good but high on price.Overall nice for Bengali food lovers.
Food is consider cheap and delicious..Love the hospitality shown by the Staff.Love the Chai Masala.1st night we ordered Khatla Fish Thali & Chicken Thali Set.2nd Morning we ordered Puri Bhaji & Egg Bhuraji.2nd Night we ordered Vege Thali Set, Prawn Masala Fry & Mackerel Fish Masala Fry.Food was fresh and taste good.
Its located just beside the beach but you have to find your way to reach there. The look and ambience is very very shavy, flies will irritate hell out of you. Why you guys dont do something about maintaing hygine. Its besically a bengali restaurant. You will only enjoy the food if you are a bong or love bong food.
