During our stay at the property, we dined here twice. The restaurant has exquisite dishes bringing out the best Italian flavors. Brodo di pollo and puttanesca pasta are some of the best dishes we tried here. Apart from the food, the service here is very personalized and courteous. Special mention to Mr. Vincent who makes sure to help you with menu and suggest best of the cuisine. We were also provided complimentary desserts on our second dining at the restaurant. Desserts deserve a special mention,panacotta being one of the best ones. Definitely one of the finest restaurants at Taj Aguada.
The staff and their treatment is not at all decent. They are hardly present and would give condescending looks if you approach them. They would prefer folding linen rather than responding to your polite and repeated beckoning. The cannelloni dessert we ordered had cheap oily choco chips and canned whipped cream instead of the candied fruits mentioned in the menu. The rudest dinner I have ever had. So much for the so called “Taj hospitality”! The place doesn’t even have basic linens and ventilation. Atmosphere is a joke.The other dishes – lobster, chicken and pasta were still decent.
Had breakfast buffet here. I expected a lavish spread but that wasn’t the case. Taste was good but expected better from Taj but ofcourse nothing was bad here. But may not visit again for breakfast. Will try the other meals though.
Dining atop a fort in the luxury of a class setting with unparalleled opulence is the best way to describe this meal. Attentive staff, attention to detail and the pampering Taj is known for. A must try at this iconic establishment should be on everyone’s ‘to do’ list.
An evening to celebrate lifelong happiness by my side, @tajhotels made it extra special with food that is beyond delicious and service that made me feel so well pampered and loved.Must have dishes at @tajfortaguada1) Assorted Bruschetta2) Ravioli di cipolle e porcini3) Polla Castellena Ravioli Dish4) Sorbet di Chilli mangoThey even gave us to try out a dish called Amuse Bouche which was very interesting dish, it had a different kind of cheese with humus and all of this wrapped in thin slice of cucumber, sprinkled over which was a little sour cream and some pepper. Truly very amazing dish!!! The taste of these few dishes will forever stay on my taste buds and the memory of having spent a great time will stay forver in my mind.
