Most horrible restaurant, who give tables to foreigners ONLY . Keeps vacant tables with reserved tag and if you walk in as an Indian- and will refuse the table . Have experienced it in person and the “bald gate keeper who claims to be the owner of the restaurant ” isn’t ashamed of lying and will give the same table to walk in foreigners which he refuses to give youWhen we confronted him , said we should enjoy the holiday in goa and not bother What a worthless loser ! and a fake citizen who lives in this country , calls himself a local and doesn’t acknowledge INDIANs during the season time . Am sure the same person will bend over to welcome anyone (especially Indians) during the off season , to make his ends meet

This place is right on the Candolim main road towards Fort Aguada. We went there for breakfast & ordered Full English Breakfast. It was pretty decent and the staffs are well behaved too. The sitting is also very comfortable.

Catering majorly to the Russians and Foreigners, Ruffles is one of the many places located on way to Candolim Beach. Exteriors are breath taking and attractive which drives you in. Interiors are also managed well with good subtle lightings and seating arrangements.Menu is a mix of Indo Chinese Continental and we settled for few fresh lime sodas along with some english style french fries. Service is a bit on slower side. Ambiance is perfect and live music is a big plus point.French fries tasted ordinary and lacked salt and fresh lime soda was a mix of sweet and salt and tasted okayish. Overall Ruffles is a good place if you want to enjoy a good continental meal without worrying about the prices on right side. Cheers.

It was a sudden stopover at this hotel. Had dinner and then breakfast too. Loved the breakfast though.Food was very average, cost wise it was not worth. Morning breakfast was sumptuous, enjoyed it. Breakfast was special because it was at poolside. You will be accompanied with a massive, Black Labrador wagging his tail, very calm, cute, friendly.

If it was possible I would have given this place -5 .. i was fooled ..don’t go by the pictures .. U can stay here if the budget is low.. rooms are below average .. food is not at all worthy.. 80rs for coffee and 100 bucks for paratha hahha.. not at all worth
