Dear customers please note Tiger bar and restaurant is no longer runned by Francis& Sheryl at Dando candolim near kingfisher villa .We would like to thank all our customers for your support.THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
The offers displayed in the boards are just for delusion, they will just say that the offers aren’t valid now, the food is ok and the prices are placed economically, the service takes more than a hour. The place is located by the road, so a good place to hold a beer and spend some time.
Before our drive to Baga, we stopped here for our brunch. Despite its unappealing looks their food was surprisingly good. We tried chicken cafreal, tuna sandwich, chicken sandwich and Masala omelet. All were good.
A paradise for fish lovers. Not a fancy place but a regular joint by the roadside with heavenly food. Stumbled upon this place during a brief visit to Aguada fort & ended up having my last 3 meals in Goa at Tiger. Can’t wait to go back again. The day I visited the specials of the day was Macarel Rava/Masala fry at just ₹20 🙂 🙂 The fish was as fresh as it could be – juicy, tender & every bite bursting with authentic Goan flavors. I’m a Goan and this reminded me of my Grandma’s recipe. MUST TRY :Kingfish thali, Macarel Thali and pretty much any fried fish in their menu. Food : 5Service : 4.5Ambiance : 4Value for money : 5
We went for a late lunch at this place.Pretty laid back ambience with cane chairs and nice music. The Chicken cafreal which we ordered was ok.Prawns in garlic was nice.Prawns in peri peri was tasty too.We had asked the syaff taking down our order to recommend a classic goan dish.On his recommendation we ordered Pork Vindaloo but ended being disappointed. The peri peri starter and the Pork Vindaloo had the exact same taste and thus it was not authentic. The kadhai paneer was bland and so was the chilly paneer. The service was efficient and serving staff was courteous.Go for a relaxed late lunch as it served complete lunch even at 5pm!The ratings : Food : 2.5/5Ambience : 3/5Service : 3/5Value for money 3/5
We were put at Lui beach resort which is a two minute walk from Tiger and we’re so glad we ended up here for lunch, then dinner and then again lunch the next day. It’s hard to miss tiger considering that it has a huge stuffed tiger waiting outside the entrance and all their staff wear t-shirts that have tiger imprints and the pocha used to clean the glasses are also tiger prints :p Frequented by Russians and English people, we were the only Indians in the restaurant. It was fun though. We highly recommend the basket chicken. It’s chicken that’s covered in a thick crust and tastes like heaven! Everything here comes with fries on their sides. We also had their cripsy chicken which was different form what you normally get in Mumbai but good different. The alcohol here is cheap too..Average price for a meal for two came up to 600rs including alcohol. Which is pretty decent. I’d definitely go here again the next time I’m in goa :)Aditya J. Yadav
