Executive Chef Sudeep Sinha has dished out some awesome delicacies for us. Rava fried Prawns with peri peri sauce was the first nice crisp starter we tried and floored by it. Then tried the lamb seekh, Fish tikka and Chicken tikka, all fresh soft and crisp. Green Chicken Thai curry was exactly the way I like it, with flavor of galangal and I like the taste of Coconut milk.Shakuti a goan delicacy with the flavor of coconut, curry leaves and nice thick spicy gravy with mix veges which we relished with steamed rice. Goan pomfret gravy was nice red and delicious with aroma of spices.Enjoyed their Indian desserts Rubri and Gulab Jamun which I was not confident that would be as good as we get in Delhi but was surprised by the awesome creamy smooth Rabri and Soft delicious Gulab Jamun.Food…..4.5/5Service …4/5Ambiance…3/5Though it’s a beautiful hotel with huge front lawns and just on the beach with very nice comfortable rooms and elegant interiors but this all day dining Coffee Shop`s inner space was nice but sit out which was cover by Glass had an average look.
