A new restaurant in town! Titlie, a culinary bar has perched in Vagator, overlooking the Orzan Beach. A beautiful place for a romantic date, a party or a meal with friends and family. The ambience is so inviting that once you’ve there, you just can’t get enough of it. The view is mesmerizing and simply picture perfect! The apt time to visit would be for dinner so you can not only soak in the sunset but also stay mesmerised by the stars of night. What more you ask? They have ample parking space. We tried the following:1) Drinks- Saligao Straight, Colva Collins2) Starters- Crispy Fried Ravioli, Garlic Butter Poached Prawns, Goat Boti3) Mains- Chorizo Pizza, Onion and Bacon Kulcha with Kali Dal4) Dessert- Dark Chocolate SorbetThe Saligao Straight is one of their house specials that was well balanced and beautifully presented. Another one of their specials was the Colva Collins. The gin did not overpower the watermelon and the drink was well balanced overall. The crispy ravioli stuffed with spinach was yum! The only negative for us though was the beet oil that added an undesired sweetness. Apart from that, the dish was really good.Quite different from what one would expect after ordering Garlic Butter Prawns. But prawns are always a delight to have and gladly, these were too.Hands down the best dish of the evening was the Boti! Every element played an essential role in bringing the whole dish together. A big thumbs up!We really liked the flavours of the Chorizo Pizza. Oodles of cheese and plenty of sausage made this pizza yum. An unusual stuffing for a kulcha, the bacon and onion kulcha by itself was alright, and was shaped like a bao rather than the usual paratha, which we liked; but the bacon could’ve been cooked a bit longer and the gravy drizzle (smear) on the side was unnecessary and more so, powdery, and that threw the dish off a bit. The dal however was really yum.The dessert was a perfect combination of dark chocolate and citrus flavours, a heavenly match that was a delicious end to an awesome evening. The orange purée cut through the bitterness of the dark chocolate sorbet and the vanilla and cardamom cream balanced it out well.If you want to have the kulcha, do try the olive and mushroom stuffing.Check out the detailed review on our Instagram page.Part 1: instagram.com/p/B3r1XEzjicrPart 2: instagram.com/p/B3wKdQUjF0Z
