The management discriminate on the basis of zomato gold. I recommend if you want to get humiliated then visit this restaurant. I literally left the restaurant after listening to the manager bullshit . Dear Zomato ,If this is the way one is getting treated at five star restaurant , then you should stop doing business and stop this zomato gold shit. If restaurant has a problem it should not mention zomato gold but saying that if you use zomato gold you have to wait for the queue otherwise we can serve you same menu at different sitting place . I mean what kind of people are working there. Really bad experience.
Caveat: Haven’t had the food here, just the drinks.Had ordered illy iced cappuccino. Wasn’t on the menu but they still had it made perfectly. The chocolate chip cookies served alongwith were delicious.
We visited this place 2days back & expectations for food were preety high but got disappointed, First they took to long to attain u , thn to serve food. We had ordered pasta which were undercook , aftr complaining about food they took it back, we thought they will make it better bt they served same pasta plat aftr 5 mints , they put same food in microwave for few seconds and sprinkle some cheese on it, nobody were there to attain n serve even water, atlast we had to go to counter to pay our bill.. won’t recomend to anyone #bigno#Aroma-crownplaza#dissappointed
Being a 24hrs cafe we visited there but there was noone to take the order for 45mins. One by one we were asking the waiters, then floor manager and then asked the reception people to seriously take the order or we should leave from the hotel. Food amd beverages were good but because of this service we were very unhappy with the service.
Missing items in orders, bacon. That was the only purpose i ordered an omlette. Upon contacting zomato they dint want to pick the order back. Not a pleasent experience.

I would say best ambience here amongst all hotels like taj ummed, rammada, regenta. With ambience i enjoyed food with quality, quantity, variety in veg and non veg both. Would love to visit again.
