Very bad zomato gold experience. Denied gold on some items. Moreover, the manager was such a cheat that instead of clubbing two same priced dishes together, she clubbed an expensive one with the cheaper one for eg I had ordered two dish of 270 and two dish of 205, instead of making a bill of 270+205, she billed 270 +270, inspite of me pointing it. All of that could have been overlooked, if the food had been nice, but it was just OK and veg sizler was pathetic and full of green peas.

Till 2331 IST(11:30pm) didn’t receive order and I call hotel aroma contact number which is given by zomato but didn’t get answer from aroma food I complain to zomato, got response from zomata through chat that please wait for few days will revert you it means I have to wait few days for dinner.Zomato,please think before u type.Aroma food fails to deliver food and I sleep hungry as I was not feeling well to go out for dinner. Shame on aroma and zomato.
