Firstly, I’m not a person who writes negative reviews for any restaurant. But this is really unacceptable! I ordered Fruit Plate from this place at 2:30pm , the order was confirmed. Later after 40mins I get a call that the restaurant has closed and the order has been cancelled. For someone waiting for food , this is definitely not acceptable. Even on request to the zomato person to ask the restaurant to deliver because it’s urgent, I was refused delivery. They asked me to order from some other place. Knowing that after 3pm majority of the restaurants close down.It’s really bad on the restaurants part and even zomato to make someone wait 40mins and then refuse delivery. Such service from any restaurant is saddening. If the order needed to be cancelled, they should inform in 10-15mins of placing the order so that we can order from some other place well in time.Please try and be more responsible for next time/or anyone’s order.
Nothing better than this its perfect word for this outlet when you want taste delicious fruit and juice than once visit this place. One suggestion to owner atlist you can add more quantities with price
Cockroach found in food ordered from falafel gurukul. Totally unacceptable standards. On top of that there is no way to contact Zomato customer care
Ambience was the only good thing. Service was at really low quality. Ordered garlic bread and got the brown bread sprinkled with garlic chunks. When we enquired if it’s garlic bread only, reply was “yes” . That’s it. Left without eating it and no one even asked if anything is wrong. Have been here in past alot but suddenly everything has changed. It was really 5 star deserving in past
