What a service what a serviceI am really amazed with the level of service and dedication towards the customer satisfaction.I need to share with the viewers to this restaurant that i ordered paneer chilly meal from zomato from this restaurant and unfortunately due to the deliver boy the food was not delivered on time because of which the food was not hot and was not in consumable position but the owner of the restaurant Mr S Dasgupta took whole responsibility and made me available with a delicious veg briyani delivered by himself as a complementary food for compensating the mistake of the delivery boy of zomato. This show his dedication towards the customers satisfaction which is beyond money or profit making.Being a foodoholic visited to many places big and small restaurants and also being frequently using zomato swiggy and ubereats for home delivery food but never came across such a great service for customer. Really very much appreciated. A strong recommendation from my side to visit the restaurant at least once to to experience such great level of service.Very great regards to Mr dasgupta keep it up and personally got very much impressed with the service.
