  Manipulation tactics used by this restaurant, they have added paneer in my sabji while I ordered chhese butter masala. poor customer service

  I Ordered 2 Cheese Butter Masala from Royal Dinner, and they give us paneer butter masala as of they think we will not find out. Really pathetic and manipulative tactics used by them to make profit. Disappointed by their service.

  Half staff owing to half menu and bad service. Check and visit if it’s empty then only you will be served well. Else you will have a great experience of hyper slow service.

  I wish if I were able to rate negative to this resturant.So it was around 10-10.15 of night when my sister got this stupid idea to visit this restaurant and even stupider of me to get agree on this.First of all the ambiance of this restaurant is nothing like a restaurant.Still as it was late we made up our minds and decided to wait.After waiting for around 20 minutes on requesting several times a person came to get our order.We ordered one Jain Kaju Curry,One reguler Cheese butter masala,one cheese garlic naan and 3 butter rotis with curd,papad and buttermilk.After waiting for more then half an hour when we asked manager they gave us food.Waiter came with Two subzis and on asking him which one is jain and which one is reguler,he gave ambiguous answer and got confused himself.Even after all these we did not say a word and tried to find out ourselves as Jain subzi was Kaju curry so we thought we will see in which one cashews are,but guess what?Voila..No Cashew in any of the subzis.Then we called manager.Insted of accepting mistake or apologizing he told us there were cashews,but might have got melted.I was feeling angry and amazed at the same time by his stupid answer.He took subzi and added cashews to this tastless thing they call subzi.When we thought things can’t go more wrong then this breads came and staff was stupid enough to get Rotis and Grlic naan in one basket even after instructing them several times to get them separately as jain food is also there.We also had rotis replaced but I am pretty sure they were given back to us after some minutes and heating them up a bit more so that we can’t tell the difference.With our spoiled moods we started eating,when we asked for buttermilk and curd they gave us buttermilk and said we do not have curd(no apologies involved).When my mother asked for achaar (most basic thing when it comes to restaurants serving punjabi cuisine) they got scared and after talking to owner and manager one poor waiter came and told us sorry we do not have achaar.While we were eating I so manager telling whole incident to owner and till we complete our dinner owner left restaurant to avoid any arguments with us and manager took seat of owner.P.S. I paid 730₹ for such a bullshit dinner.I would never visit this place even if they pay me 730K₹.
