Simple and delicious Italian food. the place has a diverse menu of pastas, pizzas, and appetizers, all of which are delicious! The Ultimate & Bel Assai pizza were the standouts. The minestrone soup was huge for the price, and very delicious – I could have had just that for a light lunch and good for anyone who needs a healthy vegetarian option.
I went to this place having curiosity to taste Italian food. I was totally “DISAPPOINTED” with the ambience (very stinky, manager was rude and not treating the guest properly) and with the food as well (too much costly at the expense of quantity provided plus quality too). Soup was normal hot water with just vegetables dumped into it. Fondue was not too the mark plus pizza literally sucks (and they called it their special wooden pizza, huhhhh) !!!!!

I have been here on Sunday 20 – Oct – 2019. I was visiting here with my family. We ordered Jalapeno Poppers for starters. They were served cold. When we told server that these are cold, they took one back to chef and brought 4 more poppers which were normal. When I requested to replace the dish, they told they cannot do it. Since I challenged them on this menu item, there service level dropped. When I requested to speak to manager, I was given standard reply that manager is not available. This is the service of lowest level. Its not about cold Jalapeno Poppers that we were served, its about attitude of the servers and manager to just give previously prepared food. When you are charging Rs. 450 for 8 poppers they should be made fresh and should test proper.
For such a highly rated restaurant, they do pretty shabby food, I don’t know if it is the case because I ordered the food home, food wasn’t worth the hype, also for the food they serve prices are #overpriced.
Had gone to this place long back with my people. Was a wonderful experience. The food was up to the mark. The staff was courteous and prompt. The ambience was excellent. The location is not on the main road which makes for an additional positivity that the noise pollution is less. Undoubtedly enjoyed there.
