I was meeting one of my friend after a very long period and we decided to meet at Moshic.There was a light drizzle outside and the atmosphere was perfect for reminiscing our memories. After some chit chat, we ordered a thin crust veggie pizza for ourselves and were informed that the thin crust would be absolutely thin.The pizza was served on our table after around 15-20 minutes and looked scrumptious. When we took a bite we found out that it was a flatbread pizza, with a perfectly crisp base topped with the bell peppers, onions, mushrooms etc. It was perfectly baked, felt very fresh and tasted delicious. I am not very sure but the pizza base felt made out of whole wheat flour, which if true is even better but as I said, I’m not sure about it.We also ordered a coffee for ourselves. The aroma of the coffee was tantalising and the crisp strong flavour was just made to order for the cool rainy weather.I found the cafe quite good, with simple yet attractive ambiance, where you aren’t disturbed by unnecessary attention from the staff.And that reminds me that Moshic is unique in another way, that it has an all women staff with a female owner, which is very appreciable.A nice, quite go to place for good, fresh and helathy food.P.s. I would request the owners to mention flatbread pizza, instead of thin crust pizza in the menu, which would help the guests make an informed decision.
I really like this place because the food has been extremely tasty and healthy since it’s beginning in 2016. I have been a regular customer of the place and on of the main items which I prefer are the fresh juices especially the citrus glow which the place serves.
The food is absolutely great, the coffee was outstanding (best coffee, i had in Baroda), but please don’t count it as a cafe.. the menu is all about a restaurant and not a cafe. I have referred a lot of friends.
