Very irresponsible. I ordered a cake from Mumbai and wanted surprise my friend on her Birthday in Baroda. But Muffins-Hotel Express Towers ruined it completely by not even acknowledging the acceptance of the order. Later in the day I saw the message that the order was cancelled. It was too late till then. Very unprofessional. I am disappointed with the hotel brand
