We reached the diner at 10 pm. We waited outside for 10 mins as no one was outside for taking reservations and diner was full. Then we went inside to talk with some waiters bit none responded. Then i found manager but he ignored us 3 times and was least interested. Had a little conversation but still no one came . They just didn’t care because had customers already. Never visiting the place again.
Unimpressed by Service and Food. Seems like they don’t know what their doing! No one to seat us at night we just stood there waiting. Finally got seated and has to WAIT before anyone approached us. Food took awhile to come out and was warm. Overall not very satisfied this place needs to get their act together. Oh well plenty of other choices on Melrose to have GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!
The perfect place for any diner, quantity and quality both are lump some. Try anything and you will say”woww”. A must try place if you are in Vadodara. Kudos to the outlet and the team !!!
Please make sure the boneless chicken doesnt have bones.. and please have the meat cooked properly.
The place is very beautiful and has good dining space with a great ambience and music. But the quantity of food is little less according to the prices. Like nachos with cheese sauce is a complete waste of money. Otherwise, it is my favorite place.
It was a very disappointing experience from this diner. I have ordered food online and the diner has sent the package without sealing it properly. This was the 2nd such instance in this month. And the result is, the food got spilled and was not in a condition to eat. When I called up the diner, they blamed it on the delivery guy and talked to me in a very rude manner. I had ordered several times online and it was one of my favourite restaurants in Baroda. Previously i had admired this restaurant for its wonderful packing , tasty food and overall good service. But recent cases of bad packing and rude behaviour upon giving feedback has caused me to change my previous opinion unfortunately. Henceforth i shall not be ordering from this restaurant.
