I think hotel should limit adding spice. My sev usad came on time and had all ingredients. But I was surprised when rasa had too much spice & they gave extra tari/spice to add. Hotel should change this practice and avoid adding Tari/spice in rasa.

The best sev usal you can have in vadodara which has the real taste and aroma of flavours. I had been visiting Renuka over more than last 10 years but I still believe it is the best one in town. As being barodian I have had all sev usals in city and the most famous mahakali who are just famous by mouth marketing mot by their quality of sev usal. If you compare side by side you will only stick to Renuka. I will be forever your customer Renuka Sev Usal. Keep the taste as it is all time.
