Recently visited the place to checkout its laboratory themed elaborate menu and was stunned by the presentation. It was something I have never experienced before, all the items served had chemical names and were presented in an outstanding way. You can decide from the wide menu while having tasty Pani Puri for free. Loved the taste, food quality and service! Brownie points for extraordinary concept and Presentation!
Had come here in the afternoon to check out the new menu and the Food Laboratory. Nice decent interiors and very comfortable seating place. Coming to the food, loved the way it was presented. Tried a lot from the menu, and all of it, though it may be a simple samosa or pani puri, but loved the way it was served. Special mention the the thoughts that went in naming the products on the menu.Taste wise, it was a good overall dining experience. To start with we had sabka favourite Pani Puri, puris seved in a sack and various flavours in beakers. Taste wise it was good, specially the lemon flavour.Things like a simple maggi, knows as Balanced Equation over here, was pretty good. Then a simple samosa, served in a tin box, named Binary Compound, tasted very well. Looked simple on the outside, but the filling inside of Cottage cheese was something not expected and tasted too good.Next was Khao Suey soup. Looked a bit different, but taste wise it was very good actually. For main course, we had parinda kofta, well you can give this one a miss. Coming to the non vegetarian, loved the Thai Chilly Fish, it was just too soft and made to perfection. Just the way I like it.Special mention to the dish called Rocky Reality, its a traditional chicken served in a special way which made it look even more appetizing. Taste and marination was amazing. Love it.For dessert, we had the End Point. It just looked and tasted too amazing. It comeplimented the overall meal just right and was a nice delightful end to out meal. Over all it was a good experience.VADODARAFOODBOOK recommended samosa, thai chilli fish, rocky reality, vadodarafoodbook.wordpress.com
