Dhoom Dhaam- a fine dining restaurant offering both vegeterian and non- vegeterian cuisine. Recently visited this restaurant and it was a long pending visit.Tried veg thukpa and non- veg thukpa both. Veg thukpa had clear broth with veggies- we had asked them not to add noodles.Thukpa with boiled egg- This was really ok for a thukpa and it didn’t have any noodles.Tried Paneer tikka – Soft paneer cubes- marinated well with Indian spicesPalak chat- Very few restaurants in Ahmedabad offers a good chat and Dhoom Dhaam is one of them from now onwards for us. Loved the sweet and mint chutney with cold yoghurt.Paneer kadhai- Loved the quantity- indian curry with paneer and veggies tasted great. Loved the spiciness!!Indian breads- phulka roti, garlic naan, lachcha paratha- all were pretty good.We tried non veg cuisine as well which were overall pretty good. Loved the ambience a lot of this place. Service was great as well. Staff was attentive.
