This people are so much irresponsible i have ordered some stuff in the combo and they had not delivered the drink and when i am calling them not giving proper response to my complaint and same goes with zomato people when i am trying to explain them the problem they bloody are saying we are looking into it i have managed a conference call with the hotel and the delivery person and the hotel person has accepted his mistake this i have done on my own god knows what this zomato people are taking the salaries for they are just wasting my time and energy and this is not the first time that zomato has cheated me they are not giving a proper response on my complaint shame on you people shame on you
expectation n reality I put two photos,the big name gawalia baklaws what I seen in photo n what they gave me in parcel, i ordered red velvet oreo shake what it look like in photo nd what they gave colour totally different and it doesn’t taste like red velvet shake what a joke nd ZOMATO nd restaurant both are not going to do anything about my food and my money, many times I mailed also in zomato but they didn’t gave me my money back not even restaurant again n again I face this problem now I quit to order from zomato. taste is like normal oreo shake,if it velvet shake then its colour also would be different

Just can’t describe the disappointment. Being in Mumbai had called for couple of kgs of Baklawas from here. All of them were totally stale and smelling profusely. I wish I could save the embarrassment before serving it to the guests.
One of the best place who provides you a pizza cone, Delicious cones i ever had..Cold beverages are not so good but service nd staff is so niceOne of the most awesome place in ahmedabad who providing you Starbucks coffee, only two flavors are available but that is just amazing.. Theme of shop is really nice. Loved it
Place is really one of its kind in Ahmedabad. The Arabian sweets are really drool worthy. Even the snacks they serve like pizza cone are decent. Must visit once.
One of my friend suggested me visit best place for baklava (as he told me). They have baklava, some Saudi Sweets and some snacks.I ordereded cone pizza and Falafel with pita but pizza wasn’t available. I tried some baklava and other sweets, Falafel and my friend tried 2 pastry.I was thinking to buy some dry fruits so I was checking dry fruit display counter and shockingly I found some live bugs in dry fruit and many dead bugs around in that counter.Thank God I found that before buying. I asked for manager and talked with him on mobile (as he was out for some work) about the incident. He told me ‘Sir mai sab hata deta hu wahan se’.He wasn’t guilty about the incident and didn’t say sorry and not even took responsibility for that. What they did? They just emptied that counter.
