REVIEW:Demira,Signet Shoppers, VIP road, Surat.We would call this new place a discovery, relatively new place but we loved their enthusiasm to serve us even though they didn’t know that we were going to review their restaurant.WE ORDERED:Smokey cheesey dough balls:Something completely new that we have tried, pizza dough stuffed with cheese and herbs and bakes to give crusty texture, served with their home made italian dip, it was a lip smacking starter.Dual sauce pasta:Mix of Alfredo and Arabita sauce, they best part of it was the freshness of ingredients they had used, you can get that aroma of fresh basil. Pastas were cooked perfect nor soggy neither chewy.Mushroom pizza with pesto:Menu name was different, this was the first time we have tried a pesto based pizza instead of marinara base and we loved new variant served by demira, crust was of balanced thickness and the pesto was fresh, topped with cheese and musroom. Recently we visited demira, it is a good place with nice subtle interior. The food we tasted was modified as per our indian bud , but oh my it really suited well. Glad to have some italian options in the city.
We visited this joint on Saturday, March 2, 2019. The decor is nicely done. The people were enthusiastic and eager to serve with the head chef being very particular about our taste and likes. We ordered different cuisines from pasta to khichdi and from soup to garlic bread. All dishes were equally good. However, the tomato soup deserves a special mention as it won our hearts. I would rate it a 5star!!
Very good taste, best presentation, quick service,quality of food is very good and quantity is sufficient for 2 or 3 pax, waiter r very helpful and the chef special dal khichadi and white sauce penne pasta with cheese garlic bread
