Worst experience.The opening time is 8 AM as per their board. I went there at around 9 AM and ordered idlis and vadas for parcel along with Puttu. The manager said puttu will take 20 mins. I said Ok.At 9:35 AM I asked the owner that when will my order be done, he harshly said it will take time and if I cannot wait then should not come at all. I did not like the tone and I complained about it. He went on saying that he will cancel my order. I only said that if they are not ready atleast they should change the opening time.Very bad behaviour by Mr. Venugopal, the owner. The staff is also too lazy and arrogant. By the way the review is not based on single visit. This happned 2 times and so finally decided to write a review.

Poor service. Waited 45 minutes for one combo, their only response is ‘aa raha hai’. Taste of food, average. I do not recommend this restaurant.
Authentic South-Indian food & good ambience. Pretty good service & customer-care. The Kerala murals on the walls are a nice touch. Malabar Parotta is one of the best-sellers.

Mainly it is an authentic and keralian food! Tast is so good!!Sambhar and chutneys are awesome! Quantity is not so much compare to its price ..but money is worth it when you taste the food! Ambience is also good when you are with your family!
