We ordered a chilly cheese kulcha and an aloo kulcha and they were awesome however I recommend buying little quantity of everything cause it’s a bit heavy but it was awesome and the best like BEST was dal makhani it was so awesome!! We also packed it home and must try dal makhani.. just one suggestion I on my side didn’t like the chhole much that came with the kulchas they may be authentic punjabi but I think better if it were normal chhole only or else only chutney
Kulcha quality was good. We ordered mix paratha and it was absolutely wrong decision for us. Extremely lower quality on all respect. The Price offered to paratha do not match. Hence, would not recommend to order Paratha.
I heard about this place from few friends. I ended up going finally when I was in town. Ordered Lacchedar Paratha and Mix Kulcha with Cholle and Dal Makhani (Langar wali Maa ki Dal) with lots of makkhan and it was worth every bite. Value for money 5/5. Ambience is simple. A small restaurant joint which is higher version of Dhaba. Won’t recommend takeaways if you love your parathas and kulchas crispy and hot. A must go place if you live in Vadodara or have come to visit. Definitely they make you feel like eating at Dhabas with actual taste and quality and quantity.., unlike fancy Paratha places around where ambience is pretty but parathas are not so punjabi and bland.
Someone told me this place is a good alternative to the popular kulcha joint in Nizampura, if you find it too far to drive to. So I decided to try it and I wasn’t disappointed.There are the usual Kulcha varieties like Alu, Gobi, Paneer and Mix and there are curries, rotis, dal etc. which is good if someone in the family wants to eat something other than kulcha. Simplest, alu kulcha starts at Rs. 90. It was served with chhole, tangy chutney, garlic chutney and butter. The kulcha looked more like paratha to me, as if not cooked in tandoor, which was a downer but the taste was good I must say. Also chhole served is fixed, unlike in Nizampura where they dole out unlimited, hearty quantity of chhole and chutney as you eat.The place is small, air conditioned, with TV and about 5 tables, suited for small family or group. Best suited for take aways.
I enjoyed this kulcha. it had good texture and good stuffing. Very tasting. Wonderful accompaniments too and really nice chole and chutney too
Delicious food. Worth to visit. They have provided best service. My aunt was with me, she is handicapped person. So she could not make it to the restaurant as it’s on the first floor. We asked the staff and they happily served in the car. One of the best service I have had till now. Food is really awesome. Must try mix kulcha and chilli corn paratha. Love it.
