Kathiyawadi Khaana at its Best
Ambiance: 3.5/5Service: 4/5Taste: 1/5Variety: 4/5They offer wide variety of pickles, salads and chutneys – which is the only plus about this restaurant. Ambiance gives you a feel of dhaba and eliminates all the negatives from hygiene perspective. Ordered Dhokli sabzi, Bajra rotla & Masala khichadi kadhi. Masala Khichadi kadhi was the only good stuff taste wise, however it was prepared with more oil than required. agreed. Oil and spiciness are mainstays of Kathiawari cuisine but oil was more from khichadi standards. Sabzi was pathetically tasteless and it was nowhere close to authentic preparation. They claim of pickles and other preps being preservative-free, however taste is neither up to the mark nor does it taste preservative-free. All in all, restaurant needs major upgrade in terms of taste and recipes.
