I ordered online from this restaurant a week back. Pretty lax response – after placing the order and paying it through my credit card, the restaurant did not accept the order not rejected it. I had to contact Zomato customer care and no response to them as well. Then after 10 minute, the order is accepted and was informed that the food will be delivered after 45 minutes, around 9:20 pm IST. I received food after 9:30 pm. Food was okay – not good not bad. But I am afraid to order from this restaurant again.
A very simple and cozy restaurant. We had been a regular to this place ever since. Ambiance is perfect for a normal dinner.All the items here are prepared in a good manner with generous amounts of essential ingredients. Spinach Cream Soup is one of the best with Mexican Trio and Dry Manchuria. A Nepali Chef is well knowledged about what he cooks.Theres a special rice dish called ‘Epsilon Special Handi Dum Biryani’ which costs around ₹300/- which is a must try here. It usually takes 25-30 mins for this preparation which is done in a clay pot sealed with dough for the rich essence and is affluent with generous amounts of dry fruits on top and ‘dum’ (curry) beneath it. It is accompanied with ‘Curd Raita’ and this combination is Awesome. The quantity is sufficient enough for 5 people.P.S : They give the handi biryani as take away but we would have to return the handi within next 1-2 days.

Epsilon the Hotel was the place where I stayed when I came to Ahmedabad last year. Hot Pot is a good, small, calm restaurant serving good quality food at reasonable rates. A perfect place for a reasonable, family dinner on an Off-Day. I normally visit it 2 times a month.
This is a decent hotel cum restaurant located near Ellis bridge. Basically it’s a small restaurant with decent ambience. All the food items are priced average. Paneer tikka was good. Paneer butter masala and mix vegetable with naan was also good. The best part of the dinner was vegetable biryani which had really good flavour and was very tasty. A good place to enjoy dinner silently.
