Just an hype for restaurant with robot and nothing else. One of the worst service I have experienced. The staff wasn’t courteous and not well trained. The robot thing is waste of time and resource. It works like when food is ready waiter puts item on robot tray and robot goes to table slowly and stands near the table. Waiter comes again to serve the item from robot to table. It’s an attraction to kids. But I believe this will not work for long time.Talking about food is average nothing exceptional. I ordered two starter and a sizzler. I asked waiter not to bring the sizzler until I complete the starters. He came with the starter and brings the sizzler and then after some time brings the another starter. And when I argued he said it’s Saturday and customers are waiting so we bring things as soon as ready. This is total worst.I went on the Saturday and there was a waiting for about 30 mins.I won’t recommend to visit this place. It’s a waste of time and money.
This place is a must visit if you wanna meet Lexa the robot, this place is known bcoz of her, food is equally good and tasty, ambience wise they can improve and can add live music to add up to the ambience, had ordered loaded nachos, paneer butter masala, bread basket, food was fresh and quality was good, 4.5/5 for food, 3/5 for ambience, 4/5 for service, 4.2/5 for overall experience, friends and family all can visit together for a great time and great food.
#indianswagSo we waited too long to visit this place! With so many restaurants coming in Ahmedabad and the urge to visit old and favourite places, we couldnt visit this place earlier. We were 3 friends who visited on a weekday for dinner. What we loved the most about the ambience was the fairy lights used in the restaurant- very simple but looks great and gives good vibes. Highlight? Robot serving food? Well we really expected something extra ordinary and different but again no complaints as this concept in Ahmedabad is for the first time! Indeed a remarkable thing for Amdavadis and yes people do go crazy seeing a robot serving food! Loved the service as waiters are on there toes always!! Mexican cheese soup- Spicy, tangy, flavourful! Loved it too much! Mexican beans, cheese and seasoning in soup was just perfect! Paneer achari- Paneer cubes marianted so well in spicy red gravy. Served with usual grilled onion and capsicum in between the paneer pieces! Chole bhature taco- Chole served in bhatura which wad presented in taco style. So this is not a fusion dish- just in the name its Taco but its a proper punjabi chole bhatura served in a fusion way!!! Loved the soft and crispy bhatura!!! Chole were medium spicy and were full of Indian spices! Loved the presentation!!! Cheesy shikhari rolls- We were quite full but still were craving to have something so ordered this! Loved the thickness of the roll- it was perfect. It was not oily or deep fried- the best part for us! Loved the balanced taste of veggies and cheese! The only thing which we didn’t like was tomato dhaniya shorba soup. It was watery- very spicy (we informed im advance that we do not want spicy soup) and not thick. Overall, we had a pleasant experience over here! Lastly, the complex in which the restaurant is there is not maintained well but don’t judge the place by the exterior- food is something which matters the most and it did taste great!!
My experience with this restaurant was completely different from what i have heard. The was was good, ambiance was also good, they have a unique was of serving food. But over all the service of this resturant is not at all even at par. Very very Poor Service.We had 2 Zomato Gold with us so it was fine. Otherwise i wont waste money for getting such a poor service.
I prefer Kadak Bhagat in that area but this time it was closed so I got chance to try Indian Swag. They are famous for their Robot Waiter. Food is good & price is modetate, overall it was a pleasent experience.
The ambience was all in all compementing. The food was a bit disappointing. The mocktails had no taste had to send it for replacement. There was very slow service. The food was all okay. The unique part is just of the robis they’ve invented.
