In your Executive Thali as you mentioned 1 Paneer Preparation (there was not single chunk of paneer), 3 Butter Roti (there were only 2 Rotis), Jeera Rice (there was no jeera in it and it was plain rice), there was no pickle. What else can be expected even there was no spoon in the thali. Charge some extra but at least give value for money to your customers. Very bad experience !
