Had order paneer, Dum Aloo and dum kokur, I am fond of kashmiri flavour. It was really hard to find kashmiri flavour out of kashmir. Same here the food was good, nicely cooled but flavour of kashmiri spices was missing. Everyone relished the food but that wow kashmiri ness was missing. I think kashmiri food out of kashmiri, which you can relish is at Matamaal, Gurugram.
This was the second time I had ordered frm here n the disappointment level was higher than even last time. This time ordered their Paneer dish in red chilly preparation. The only taste it had was like paneer soaked in red chilly water. I ve been to Kashmir couple of times n also had grown up eating home kashmiri food(at my dad’s friend place), so can surely say the taste is far from Kashmiri. Had ordered Chicken last time, the taste though was different n decent but lacked kashmiri aroma.
