Located in Courtyard by Marriott, Surat, The Bistro offers an elegant ambience with undeniably excellent service. The food is authentic and absolutely scrumptious. I give it 4 stars and would recommend it for a good dining experience.
We went on the festival day of holi. The ambience was good as you get in any 5 star property and the hotel staff were also helpful. Coming to the main part i.e. the food. We had the buffet dinner. The food was not upto the mark. The options were very less. The starters were cold. However, the highlight of the dinner were desserts. Each and every dessert was mind blowing and upto the mark. I had also ordered a cake (as we were celebrating birthday). The chef was good to customise the cake for me and it was out of the world!! So the restaurant was worth going for all the Ming blowing dessert that we had. Hope that they increase their spread in the days to come.
