Brocolli almond soup was made out of peanuts! And it was sweet (maybe the chef was having a side party of its own and mistook sugar for salt). This restaurant has really gone down the drain and has deteriorated beyond anything. Earlier, we were regulars (before it was sold to the new management). Now I wonder if there was any brocolli at all considering that they changed the almond to peanuts. PLEASE AVOID. Much better options are available. For example try Lucknow Nawab for non-veg.

What kind of customer service is this.? I want a full refund for this and make sure that you are providing a good customer service.
I literally grown up eating at Firangi zaayka. They have shifted the location of their restaurant and it’s now a lot smaller and more on the road. It is a small cosy place with minimal interiors that it barely qualifies to be an actual restaurant.Firstly, zomato needs to update the menu as the pictures of the menu on Zomato are from the old/ previous restaurant.The food they serve doesn’t have oil floating over it which I personally liked.We ordered the following:-Masala papad: The masala Papad lacked it’s main ingredient, masala. The onion and tomatoes were enough but masala was less. The papad wasn’t roasted, instead it was (deep) fried. It had the maximum amount of oil in our entire meal. Also, we had to get one of the plates exchanged as there was a foreign material in it. I couldn’t get a proper picture but the original picture of the one i upload has it.You could easily skip it.-Tandoori chicken: IT WAS DELICIOUS. Perfect spices and perfectly cooked. The green chutney and the salad complemented the dish perfectly. Also, they cut each piece into 2 cause we needed more pieces, ie they made 8 pieces out of 4 for the 5 of us.-Chicken lollipop: The chicken in this particular dish was SUPER soft and succulent. The outer overing was nicely cooked. It was served with red chutney which tasted perfect with the chicken.-Butter chicken masala: This is a very basic chicken dish but somehow I didn’t find this dish to be perfect. The chicken pieces were really small, more like shredded and there weren’t many. It felt like we were eating just the gravy. Was a little disappointed. I’d suggest you ti skip this dish if you REALLY want to eat chicken.-Chicken Bhuna: It was the BEST DISH of the night. Perfectly cooled and big enough pieces of chicken in the perfect gravy. Perfect spices. I HIGHT RECOMMEND you to give this dish a try.Tandoori rooti and plain naam: The roti and naan were perfectly cooked. The best part was that the Tandoori roti wasn’t burnt. And both were a little thick for my liking.They gave us a 10% discount on the bill.The staff wasn’t very friendly, not was is rude. Weren’t completely involved. Although they were helpful.
It was very bad taste and the food which was actually ordered were different at delivery . Paneer dish and gulag jamun was stale and looking like few days old preparation Finally it was very bad experience.
