Decent Multi cuisine fine dining outlet in the city. Relaxed ambience with live music and good personalized options. Eager and warm staff. Good high end training and finishing would do the staff good. Assume the staff turnover is high and the roll over takes its toll. Did not see any senior hotel exec take rounds or the Exec Chef /FnB head visiting the outlet or the table. Entirely left to the captain. Food was well made, fresh with good presentation and delivered in the mentioned service time. No upsell techniques seen. Its a less than 100 cover restaurant. Gives all the experience of Gateway and the game can be up by more than 20% on all counts. Its an opportunity and i hope they take the feedback well. There are no faults but can fo better easily for the brand and the name they have. Seating is comfortable mixed layout and can find a customized table to one’s need. Outlet needs more attention to details.

This place serves the best Indian food in surat.. hands down! Amazing food; spot on taste, you can taste the spices so well (although the chatpata lovers might find it bland); and very calm ambience (a definite plus) which wouldn’t want you to rush through with the meal, but rather relish it.Vegetarian meal recommendations: Tarkari wagayein, water chestnuts stuffed capsicum, paneer khata pyaz Subji.I will be trying items from the non-veg menu next time I visit. The service is timely, the staff very polite.
