  Most Horrible Experience yesterday evening. In fact it was a continuity of day before yesterday.We booked / reserved a table for yesterday for 01/09/2018, the call for reservation was made on 31/08/2018.Out of thousands surprises, no revert call ever come from Restaurant to confirm the number and to acknowledge the confirmation of the reservation.Luckily, we reached 20 minits earlier of tabel reservation time and when we checked, there was no reservation taken, we were lucky to have a tabel.The ordered food was horribly hot and spicy and we all gave 10 mirchi rank. At the time of placing the order we kept on saying that we don’t eat spicy at all and were assured by the person who took the order. Service was rotten, no were interested from restaurant to keep vigilant watch over customer for their call or need. We wanted to complaint about the spiciness of the Starter Tandoori Platter which was 100% assured for less or light spicy but whom to complaint?? No one were there to listen to us. Even drinking water also were served 2 times by the table cleaner. Quality was also horrible of food other then 10 mirchi hot and spicy, Chuttney served along with Starter was also equally spicy. All females with us were literally with wet eyes as it was very very spicy and it was mouth burning spicy food for we allWe wanted to have full course from soup to desert when we entered but we drank only water and water and could order only soup and starter. Tje most expensive Starter platter was left unfinished and then only one Back Dish and one Hot Browny with Ice Cream was ordered and we all 7 were done as we were full by water only. Only one finger bowl was served to one guest and that too when demanded and rest 6 wiped their hands with tissu papers, horrible. Even they didn’t remember to hand over the bill after accepting the payment.When the complaint was made today, they were sorry only with a reason of inavailability of serving staff, is that guest’s look out?They didn’t try to componset hurt feeling by inviting one more time on the house. They went on saying that next time you will not be sorry. That was not an effort to componset the guest’s hurt feelings.Even at the time of leaving, we had to wait for nearly 40 minits for our Cars to be brought to us as they had forgotton to get back the cars in spite of Tokens were given.From top to bottom horrible. Don’t deserve to be visited even for first time even for a try.The yesterday’s restaurant’s bill was mailed to me on my demand.Shameful for the managment as no vigilante eyes were there to keep and maintain everything in order as per it has to be.Dharmendra Sanghvi+91 94081 01446P.S. : Avoid and try some other place. Here you will be sorry as we were, in fact our original plan was to go to Mani Mension Restaurant at Paldi but we had this experience.

  I have visited 2 time here. both time food was awesome.chinese siggare was fantastic.harabhara kabab also nice but biriyani was mind blowing

  Food is excellent ,service is also excellent.place is also excellent. Enjoy all delicious panjabi, continental, Mexican food with family and friends. I give 5 star ratings for excellent food and services.

  Jain panner shaswan test is so poor it’s only panner deep in tometo catchp and served even panner was not cooked well
