The burger of @thepoutineriein was trending a lot on Instagram from the last few weeks and even saw posts of fellow bloggers about it. I told myself let me try this. I had not brought my lunch yesterday, so decided to visit this place to have the best burger in town that cost less than INR 100, this is what they actually call it.Well I knew very well that this one had an outdoor sitting arrangement and trust me I had no expectation, I was ready for the worst. Cooler to door ki baat hai there was not even a fan working. How can a food outlet be so ignorant about the comfort of customers when they are operating in day time? I ordered my burger, there was some internal issue which took 30 minutes to prepare my dish, so I ended up bearing the heat waves.When the burger came, I lifted the burger up to see the filling inside, there were 2 slices of tomatoes, lettuce, some chopped Jalapenos, 50% cooked caramelized onions and sauces. You can see it in the above pictures. I felt like is this a joke, 2 tiny slices of tomatoes? My morale had already gone done looking at it. I took the first bite, to my surprise the patty was amazing, probably the best I have ever had.My take on this burger is that despite a fiasco on the fillings this burger tasted good but is definitely not the best burger. I am someone who loves a burger with a perfect number of veggies. It surely has the potential to be best burger if it doesn’t compromise on the fillings.The picture of burgers posted on their feed on Instagram doesn’t really match with what they actually serve. I have even posted a picture of the burger pictured on the menu.
