This place has the best Locha in surat. Thankfully unlike other places they stick to the basics and they do it best. They serve only khaman, locha and idada. That’s all. No fancy variety.. Just plain old dishes which are served as it was meant to be.. Hot and delicious. The quality and the quantity is so much better than the other places. They don’t even give spoons to eat the steaming hot locha cause they say it tastes better when eaten with hands. The place is in a narrow lane so parking can be very tricky. Definitely worth visiting.
This is not at all a Sweet Shop. This is a Traditional Surati Gujarati Snacks shop especially for Jain and Swaminarayan diet. Khaman, Khamni, Locho, Dhokla, Idada, Bhajiya, Faafda, Gotaa, Patudi, Jalebi, Petis, Samosa, Patra, Gaanthiya, Chevdo, Etc are awesome.
