Ahmedabad situated on the banks of Sabarmati river, mostly known for its cotton textiles, street food places, diamond cutting and much more.During my visit to this city stayed in Hotel Starottel and Cafe 15A – Starottel is located in d ground floor. The ambience of d restaurant was good.Coming to foods the menu boasts of Continental, North and South Indian dishes.Had Continental dinner – Char grilled Betki. Being bong I thought d fish would be Bethki as d name sounded but when had d food is prepared as Grilled fillet of bassa with potato, vegetables served with gardener’s sauce and rice. The food was ok.Overall:Food: 3/5Ambience: 3.5/5Service: 3/5Price: 4/5Overall experience: 3.5/5
Ambience was good, food was average but staff was too polite and pleasant approach. Have buffet as well ala carte option in lunch. Near by to sabarmati ashram so can be easily approached after an tour.
