We were a group gathered for a farewell. We had booked the lunch party well in advance. The reason for selecting the restaurant was its location, that is in the heart of the city and in proximity from our office and its hygiene. Also at the time of booking we were very much impressed by its manager Mr. Sohan Chauhan’s confidence, who boasted of a real good service and good hygienic food.. But little did we know that our hopes are gonna be shattered. On the day of farewell, I had come well in advance before my group comes to check the preparations. The manager though I agree was busy with another client didn’t pay any heed to the preparation and neglected us as if we are also not the customers and he is least concerned with us showcasing unprofessionalism and incompetence to carter to large group.Pros:1. Good ambeince and proximity2. Food was good not great, but still upto the mark, with a balanced taste, not much oily and not too spicy, if we neglect some things mentioned in Cons.3. Good and comfortable sitting arrangements.Cons:1. Poor service. You have keep on asking for each and every dish when they are there to serve. They don’t ask if we need anything which is seen in other good restaurants.2. It’s unlimited lunch. But if one asks for a particular dish again, you get a reaction as if you are dining for free.3. Over Confident Manager. Fails to carter to large group. You cannot depend on him but have to simultaneously manage your function.4. They provided stale veggies in the Salad, especially cherry tomatoes and lettuce that were not at all fresh but was coated in lemon and pepper dressing to enhance taste. But stale veggie are stale. Should not be used. Also the buttermilk was so thin, I doubt if it was real or the one adulterated by puffed rice water.5. The don’t provide you any receipt or any confirmation from their side for your booking. They just confirm it orally. So you are always in a doubt if your booking is confirmed or not.So if you are a large group or having a function hosted at Cherries, I suggest you should give it a second thought and find an alternate place if possible.

Yay! Had a wonderful diner there. I have orderes unlimited meal! And I enjoyed eaxh and every dish. Starters were superb! Nice work. Need to uppgrade sitti g arrangements!
Had a good dinner, I had lacha paratha, diwani handi, butter milk, a mocktail and onion n capsicum rings. Overall everything was good in terms of food and quality.The only thing missing was live atmosphere like other restaurants and it’s because this is a restaurant of Silver Heights Hotel, so people are not much attracted.Staff is polite and friendly, ambience is well maintained but the restaurant was too formal as compared to today’s contemporary styles.You can enjoy with your family, it’s a nice place to visit. I recommend this restaurant.
Ambience:- 5/5Food:- 3.5/5Service:- 4/5Ambience was too good and had a great experience, Price is affordable but Food taste was not up to the mark. Service was good and very quick. (even on rush hours)
