The place is nice but service is not good and the food served is worst as there is no taste in the food so it is not recommend to go for dinner and the menu is also so limited as they don’t provide choice for order
Worst food ever had that too on valentine’s day special occasion. Infact hygiene was also not maintained. Staff was courteous but I never had such a blunder food. Looked like they recycled the lunch food to make dinner food and spices were weird!! We paid 3500rs and wasn’t able to eat anything because everything tasted weird. Never ever try this starottel to spoil your mood and date
Starottel is the bestest place ever to have special evenings. We went to celebrate our special night and they gave us this package which included decoration, pool side dinner table, flowers and cake and a complete dinner starting from soup to dessert. I would specially like to thank Mr Ashish for arranging such a lovely night for us and Mr Wasim who served us the best mocktail from his side and took very good care of us. Thank you so much both of you once again. You guys made us feel special. Sky lounge does make you feel like heaven. Highly recommended if you are looking to make some unforgettable memories. ☺️☺️
I have visited there with my family i found the mocktails was good and main course was not up to mark service was good. Mr. Basir gave us good service with a nice smile.
