● Departmental store cum bakery● Few options of cakes and pastriesWas there in Sec 15 for some work and had an intense hunger call. Was walking on the busy main road and this store got my attention.The store appeared huge and hygienic and since there were no good options I thought about having a pastry here.Moderately priced, I got a Chocolate one for just 45 bucks, easily paid through Paytm and even got a little table to have it.The pastry was average. The bread didn’t seem very fresh and spongy. Overall, this place is brimming with people in need of daily usable goods.
So this place is a departmental store with a bakery section. They have few options to choose from. Most of the the times the pastries are fresh and taste really well. Do try the chocolate truffle they have.
Quick review: This is basically a general store with an added bakery (which is probably a collaboration with some other shop). The sweets are good. Have tried some laddoos and doda barfi many times.The only complaint is with the attitude of the owners. Especially the not so kind, not so polite middle aged lady who sits at the counter and refuses rudely to carry out transactions if the customer doesn’t have change.
We ordered cakes for my daughter’s birthday and we were very happy on the quality of the cake. Specially the freshness of the cream and texture of the cake was really good.We ordered : 1 chocolate vanilla combo cake and black forest (Chotta bheem photo cake:) ) egglessCould improve the delivery service by delivering at the venue instead of pick-up from the shop
