I visited this place for dinner buffet with my family. The food here was just average. The starters did not taste very good, the main course was mostly too oily and the desserts, except for the brownie, can be improved a lot. But the food was not the main problem I had there, it was the service. At the time of booking on call, the manager assured me of a drink with the buffet but when we asked for the drink there they refused to give the drink so we had to buy the drinks. Making the situation worse was the strand of hair in my coke. I complained to the staff and he refused to accept that there is a strand of hair. After arguing with me he changed the glass and got a smaller glass than before. I had to argue with him again for him to bring the normal glass of coke. I cannot think of a place with such a poor service. Extremely disappointed with the experience. I hope they train their staff to serve their customers better.

Main course was okayish and they donot have much varities in dessert and the dessert lack the catchyness. The ambience is not so bad, the service is little ineffective and the seats are torn and not maintained.
