The worst experience ever! This place is highly overpriced, their quantity is pathetic and service is very slow. This place does not give value for money.
Went to their multi-cuisine restaurant for a friends & family kitty.The promised chaat counter was not available, despite various reminders. It was only in the end we were told that the requisite supplies were not delivered. Fail to understand how they did not know about the supplies till 9PM ?I understand that onions are expensive. But not serving onions & just ignoring the request for the same is ridiculous for s star hotel.Serving veg & non-veg kebabs on the same grill inspite of clear directions not to do so.The ‘LIVE’ pasta counter had no chef & you were expected to eat uncooked food.I believe the hotel is over staffed with staff being there only for the show & not doing anything.The quality of the kebabs/grills was average. However the quality of the main course/buffet was much below average.Also, the ice counter over which the salads were served, was also the fish storage. So while picking up a tomato slice, you had dead fish staring at you from all angles. Very unnerving.
The Barbeque-Dinner deal is awesome. Liked the variants presented in the non vegetarian BBQ. Simply good & value for money.
Pathetic place. Please do not get fooled by this hotel. This is one of the worst Best Western properties that I have seen. Even after a reconfirmation on the phone on the cuisine we wanted to have and the very reason why we visited the restaurant, they callously said, we are not serving sea food today. The service was really bad and the waiters did not even bother to serve water. Besides, the staff was very rude, uninterested and seemingly only bothered about in-house guests. The ambience in the restaurant is dull and lifeless. This restaurant is an open invitation for a bad dining experience.
