Over hyped,Over pricedAnd not at all worth the time you spend.Went there last week with family and was so excited for the dinner but was disappointed with their food
Very high expectation in this restaurant but found low , ordered kadai paneer . It was served uncooked And with out salt. After request they changed the dish which was good
North Indian fine dine restaurant which has great ambience talking about Leela property but couldn’t match it’s counter restaurants in taste. For North Indian food people have high expectations which arnt matched by Diya
Here is the thing. Before I start, let me state this loudly. This has been perhaps the most researched, intense and honest food festival I have even attended. Kudos to Chef Ashish for his sheer passion and hard work and big thumbs up to Chef Ajay Sahoo for putting all of it into a great dish. As we all know that one of the missing thing about our indian cuisine is , we don’t have documented recipes. So , looking for connect with history, searching for ingredients and then putting them together to make a dish is an incredible stuff. Hats off to the entire teem of Leela Gurgaon for showcasing this and showing that the food of the royal court of Mughals is not what we have eaten before.. Don’t miss it, you will regret it. You will also enjoy the great story telling of Chef Ashish. Besides being an excellent Chef, he knows to weave magic through his art of story telling too!Where – Diya, The Leela Gurrugramà la carte menu,Till 24th March Dinner Only. urbanescapades.in
Really had an amazing experience. Food varieties were too much. Thai,Continental,India,Chinese etc. Desserts was good. Loved paneer here more then chicken. Ambience ofcourse it’s leela 5 star for that. food 4 star
I had gone to the hotel for a wedding reception with friends. There was no alcohol being served and so we four just went downstairs and incidentally happened to be in this restaurant for drinks. We tried only one dish fish tikka. Mahi fish in some mustard flavour was simply superb. I will look forward to have a complete dinner someday.
If someone is looking for authentic North Indian, this can be the place for you. I choose for a buffet and they have fix menu for three course meal. I didn’t really liked the starters the kebabs were not bit hard and Dahi kebab was very average. But the main course was amazing specially the mix vegetables, certainly was one of the best i had. When it comes to hospitality Leela is always at top along with the ambience you get. I would rate a 5/5 for ambience and hospitality but the starters did let me down.
