The most beautiful and stunning hotel ive ever seen i personally reccomend this hotel to every wanderer this should be in your check list ,food was yum staff was helpful and as its an 5 star so its not an pocket friendly place (obviously) and if you are an shutter bug this is heaven for you guys !!
I find the ambience quiet attractive and hospitality was also good. Even the quality of food was delicious. The person who helped us in selecting the items name Deepak was polite enough and friendly. 5 stars for him. Thanks deepak for being so courteous.
Pathetic staff and very worst service ever. The staff is really uncourteous and the food is stale. We are members here, still we had a super bad experience.
My first visit to the leela ambience in gurgaon. My wife along with my 1 year old kid wanted to sit in the coffee shop. Was told some repairs are going on so can’t sit. Was escorted to go to soother place , the rubicon which is the bar. I asked them if the child is allowed. They said it’s ok. So we reach there and the in charge there tells us baby not allowed. So we come back to the lobby and order some snacks and tea. After taking the order we are told snacks can’t be served and we are told to come back to rubicon, the bar. Don’t believe this !! This is the quality and service of so called 5 star. ??? Totally questionable on service. Very disappointed!! If I have to rate the experience it is ZEROThe snacks came .. grilled sandwiches totally cold and fries soggy. Ordered for Assam tea and milk by the side. Guess what they have got masala tea mix with milk in it. Wow !! Some experience !! Totally fucked up hotel and service. BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT in all departments !!
The straight velvet seats, sinked in the floor combined with an extensive bar with red-black environment makes this place quite elegant ! Now instead of the rooftop lounge, executivr suite/ apartment holders at leela are offered access to rubicon bar which is a welcome move.As if the bar wasnt exciting enough, there isba separate cigar lounge which really makes this place quite elegant and adds to its personality.
Just love this place. Love the cocktails served and the service by the staff is beyond exceptional. Love going here late at nights . Must visit n worth recommending
Its the one of the most luxurious bar I have seen in a while, first of all the entrance way, oho mazza hi aa gya , spectacular it is, secondly, seating , uff comfortable, and thirdly, service, top notch.
