It’s sad to see this place having such a below average rating on Zomato. I am yet to have any bad experience here as far as food is concerned. Specially for vegetarian north indian cuisine, this is our go to place. When all fails, Golden Tulip comes to the rescue 🙂 love the food. Love the location. Love the service.
The worst ever buffet spread I have seen in my life. Who serves yellow sambhar dal in buffet, when u only have one dal option. Kadhai paneer’s paneer was the worst. Rice was over cooked. Worst part was dessert. You guys are serving only one dessert and that too most pathetic, gulaab jamuns, solid and uncooked balls in cold sugar syrup.Totally disappointed by buffet. Never coming back!!
I stayed at Golden Tulip for 15 days and had been to this restaurant 5-6 times, to be very frank the food quality was not very good and the prices are very high considering the taste. Chicken tikka was the only dish I found to be a little tasty 1 point for that.The menu says pizza and the chef says we don’t serve it. The service was also very slow. Not a very good experience for me.Happy Eating!!
Not helpful staff. I wanted to use restroom before entering restaurant. They informed me that it’s not open for outsiders!! Food average. Less no of dine-in customers. Looking at prices, ambience and maintenance could have been better.
Recently I did my son’s fourth birthday party in the basement banquet hall here and the experience was simply amazing. The food was really nice catering the taste buds of everyone, it was perfect balance of spices both adults and kids.I was little worried initially as this place looked very nice but did not had supporting reviews, not sure if it was because of old management or something else but in my 100+ people party almost everybody said that the food was amazing and the place looked very high class. I visited almost all the halls in this area but in the end for a small gathering of less than 200 people this place was a winner. Do visit there banquet space and you will know what I mean.In the end I would like to specially thank Mr Kuldeep for every effort he put in keeping all the guests satisfied, I will not mention any one thing as this Man will not say no to anything. Just deal with him once and you will know what I mean.
I went here last week with my buddies. We purchased the nearbuy deal for having a stomach full dinner and so we did. The place looks ok-ish, the service is average and the food is average too. There are many better places in gurgaon than this place i feel
We have had three big parties at this hotel – earlier the head chef was Mr. Gautam, he and the staff was good. Yesterday we had our son’s birthday and the head chef was Mr. Kuldip. The experience was horrible. First, the food was bad and the service was just not there. I had to ask waiters to get food, get roties e.t.c, MR. Kuldip was absent throughout the function.Towards the end, late night, around 11:30PM – I was cheated with additional Rs.5000 in the invoice, as they are not ready to accept any faults of their own. Calling and talking to Mr. Kuldip was useless. I will stringly recommend that you avoid this hotel/restaurant and the cheaters here.
